JOB PLACEMENT ASSISTANCE

Our DEDICATION to the student goes beyond graduation!  After passing the State Division of Motor Vehicles road test, our staff will inform the student of any immediate, available openings in the field.  When new positions become available that fit the students abilities and needs, the student will be notified immediately.  It is our goal to assist you in finding quality work in the field after graduation.  You are part of the SUPERIOR FAMILY  and we strive to help your dreams come true.  Although, we cannot guarantee employment after graduation, we will use all of our resources and contacts to assist every student with job placement.  A combined effort by the school and the student is the necessary ingredient to successfully locate a fulfilling and challenging career in the trucking industry.

OUR JOB PLACEMENT SPECIALIST

• Works with each student individually to determine their personal needs and assist them in making the best employment decision
  
• We work with various local companies to provide a variety of employment opportunities.
  
• Provide students with current job openings in their field of interest.  (Local, Regional, Over-the-Road)
  
• Stay in contact with each student after graduation until they seek meaningful employment.
  
• Schedule presentations with major over-the-road companies.
  
• Students can be Pre-Hired with major over-the-road companies if certain criteria is met, prior to the completion of their training.
