About The Management

Owner / Operator Joe Kovacs has been involve in the trucking industry since 1967. During his extensive career, he has been a company driver, owner, operator and retired from the United Parcel Service in 1995 after serving the company for many years as a training supervisor.

Joe has over 32 accident free years of trucking experience and now offers his teaching skills and his knowledge about the trucking industry, road safety and safe work practices.

We do everything possible to reduce the cost of training to our students, by offering zero down financing and advising you of various methods of loans or grants that you may qualify for. You may also qualify for Unemployment extensions if this is a new vocation for you. The Trucking Industry is a strong and vital part of our Nation's commerce and delivery system. Job Placement Assistance

Our dedication to the student goes beyond graduation too! Our School Director will review each student after graduation and make job recommendations to the student. These personalized recommendations are based on the student’s school driving record, achievements, levels of abilities and areas of interest. After passing the State Division of Motor Vehicle road test, the director will inform the student of any immediate available openings in the field. When new positions become available that fit the students abilities and needs, the student will be notified immediately. It is our goal to assist you in finding quality work in the field after graduation. You are part of the Superior Family and we strive to help your dreams come true. Superior Tractor Trailer Training will also be available to assist you with filling out job applications, setting up interviews and job interview follow-ups.
